How do the Corona measures affect your stay?

Masks are compulsory in public areas such as the lobby/restaurants etc. You can choose to have breakfast from the buffet or in your room. Masks and gloves are compulsory at the buffet.

The fitness and wellness area is currently closed due to official instructions.

The restaurant is currently only open for breakfast. In the evening, we will be happy to provide you with snack platters in your room if necessary.

The brewery restaurant is also temporarily closed, the brewery shop is open.

What protective measures are taken?

We have always held our own hygiene standards to a higher standard than required, and our staff are highly trained and experienced in dealing with guests and goods in times of pandemic. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to disinfect your hands at the dispensers provided throughout the building.

In the restaurants, the minimum distance of 1.5 m (one alpaca) is strictly observed, so there may be shift work / small waiting times to ensure that the number of guests in the restaurant at the same time is not exceeded for your safety. Access to the buffet is only permitted with a mask and disposable gloves provided. We are happy to serve you selected dishes in your room.

All public areas are disinfected several times a day.

Is it allowed to enter the hotel without a mask?

Generally speaking no, but should you be exempt from the mask requirement due to pre-existing conditions, this is of course possible. In this case we ask you to pay particular attention to the minimum distance of 1.5 m (one alpaca) so that all guests can feel comfortable and safe.

What happens to a booking if the arrival cannot take place due to Covid measures?

For guests who have booked directly with us, it is always possible to cancel their stay free of charge. Cancellation charges will only apply in the event of a no-show without notification. ATTENTION: This does not apply to bookings via third party providers.
